120V in 208 environment

Hello, Does anyone have any recommendations on best practices for following scenario: I have a rack with 3-phase 208V power and will be delivering power to the servers inside the rack in 208V, using per-outlet-metering PDU. The issue is that I need to supply at least one 120V port for maintenance uses (i.e. plug in KVM cart, etc) and I can't justify spending another $200/mo to drop in a 120V circuit for that purpose. ServerTech apparently makes Switched CDU's that provide 208V power in/out (3-phase Wye input) and have one Utility Port at the bottom running in 120V as NEMA 5-20R, which solves my dilemma. But the problem is that they do not offer this on their POPS (pwer-outlet-power-sensing) products yet, and I need the per-outlet monitoring capability. Does anyone know of any PDU vendors that can provide power monitoring down to every outlet while offering both 208 and 120volts output? Or failing that, does anyone know of any decent 1U rackmountable step-down transformers that can take 208V input in an IEC connector and output 120V in standard NEMA 5-15R or 5-20R connectors? It seems I have a very strange power requirement to want both 208v and 120v from single 3-phase 208v circuit, but I'd figured I'll ask the list to see how everyone else is coping with 208V environment when they have a need for 120V access.
