Interesting. They demoed the plugins to me, but the two that I saw did (a) show what one PC is experiencing in terms of latency, jitter, and packet loss by exchanging traffic b/w the PC and an external IP address (b) what that customer's location/IP was showing, which is a WAN perspective.
