You are right.  Not harder at all.  (Unless you want me to read your 
message.  Then it is harder.  If I don't see anything that makes sense 
in the first screen-full, I don't read it.  There is no thing so 
important to me that I have to dig through 300 lines of old stuff trying 
to figure out what the current issue is.)

Unless the subject like seems to be completely off topic.  Then I don't 
read any at all.

If it is too much trouble for you to make sense (The question, then the 
answer.  Not 300 lines of old answers and no clue as to what the current 
question is.)
