That practice burns me up.  I see that all the time.  People come to me
to register a domain after checking it and suddenly it isn't available
any more.  I am always telling people to check with us first since we
don't do that.

The "we" is http://www.Vex.Net/ if you want to check us out.  We resell
OpenSRS and neither they or us do that.
