Anyone still selling wholesale dialup ?

We've done our dialup through Global NAPS in NYC for years, but we have just been notified that they are shuting down as a result of the Verizon lawsuit. The one other player I knew of was MegaPOP, but they just told us they aren't interested in new dialup business. So, is there anyone who IS still taking dialup business ?
