Nanny blacklist for elder parent's computer (was Re: OT - elder parent-proofing a computer)

Thanks again for this solution!  I'm installing it on his computer now, 
after using it on mine for a week to be sure I know what it does and 
doesn't do.

I'd like to add a domain blacklist thru the Public Fox add-on.  I'd love 
feedback on this list:
