We use www.showmypc.com

Doesn't install anything.  Generates a new security key every time it's used 
etc.  (you can turn that off and use the same one if you want)

It'll work cross platform too.  Sometimes it just won't connect but overall 
it's been a great find for us.  Saves a lot of tech support time.
