For true bonding you need access to both ends of the pipe. You can, in theory, do it with a private APN (static IPs for your device and a fat pipe into the operator), but that tends to cost a lot, especially since you have to pay data on the SIM and again for the data breaking out to the Internet. What is it that you want to achieve? A "fat" point-to-point connection, or a fat pipe to the internet? The former can be more easily achieved using a private APN. If you're looking to connect many users to the internet, then your best bet is to use route balancing between different devices.
