Telkom Outbound SMTP problem

Hi All,

Sorry to post such a specific problem here but one of our clients seems 
to be having endless problems accessing ANY smtp server from their 
Telkom ADSL connection. Everything has been checked (firewalls, 
workstations, AV's, routers)
Anyone know where I can escalate this situation as the Telkom call 
centres don't seem to be playing ball
