Domains are not used cars, they are names.

Where does it end? Registering every permutation of personalised numberplate
so you can create a supply drain and sell them at any cost you like? What
about registering thousands of business names with CIPRO so you can sell
shelf companies? Why don't I just go around buying organs and when you need
one I'll ask you for a million rand.

Why don't I register a LIR and buy some /16's so that when RIR exhaustion
happens I can extort money for the space.

There are restrictions on limited goods for a reason, and as has been
pointed out just because laws don't necessarily stand in your way that
doesn't make a particular behaviour any more tolerable or conscionable.

But Uniforum says
5.1.3 it has a bona fide intention to use the Domain Name on a regular basis
on the Internet;

That's rather vague, as they don't describe what they consider to be "use".
What I consider is "bona fide intention", well to me personally registering
domains for the purposes of creating advertising traps and artificially
creating domain black markets is not a good faith intention. Whether a court
would agree with that is another story.

Either way, I'm not going to start pitying you about people disliking your
activities.
