Hi William, Yes I would rather consult with some creative talent regarding names than going the legal route. I have no legal claim to the name anyway, one of the things I wanted to establish if their use-case constituted legal (or fair) use of the name, by the responses it seems they do. I still believe this is a bit unfortunate, that entities register a bunch of names with the sole purpose of maybe one day attracting a sale...
