imho no, 74.125.82.172 is guilty of sending bulk unsolicited emails, in
fact spam from Google increases regularly, they are getting as 
bad as yahoo was at one time but Google is too big and too important to 
worry about sorbs, except for those academic, non profit and few others 
that still include sorbs amongst its resources. Google will not comply to
others rules and hoops, they will probably remain listed at sorbs and as
ignorant gmail users increase it will probably kill free projects and
resources such as sorbs as they are 'idiots' for holding out against 
Google and the mighty gmail account. Then again Google may be building
up a steady bunch of people that don't like them much and at some
point that could reach a tipping point at which time some people may start
posting in public forums that Google is in fact canus and not ovis and
others may in fact start implying that they are outright EVIL, of course that
is not me. I am controlled by fud and I LOVE GOOGLE! - really, i promise.
