Since the South African spammers' ISP is in Croatia and it seems
that the spammer has at least a /24 complaints to the ISP is completely
ignored and more silence from the upstream, next of course is 
filing objections to their allocations etc. but a lot of work and hoops :(

Which brings me full circle back to why supporting sorbs ROCKS :)
