Re: Abuse complaint with no response from Vodacom

This is familiar.

I think this is now getting to the point of a complaint to ICASA - or 
similar.

This has been an ongoing issue with Vodacom for many years now and many 
attempts at leading towards effective abuse and fraud handling have failed.
