Re: Vodacom faking RICA registrations?

I would have hoped somebody checked their records as my number, contract
with Service Provider and residence has been the same since cellphones came
out.
I am getting rather irritated by the 2-4 sms's per day asking me to RICA.
RICA for pre-paid yes, but contract customers it is rather silly and a waste
of time.

It happened to me as well about 3 weeks ago. I got the SMS saying my SIM
card had been registered. Mine used to be a contract so they had all my
details so I just assumed somebody actually checked their files.
