Morning all, I will leave the good bit out until the day improves. A recent news item carried a statement by Ant Brookes that ISPs have to RICA their customers and that would cause a problem. As a customer at the moment, rather than an ISP, I have been wondering ever since if my service is going to be cut off on the 1st July. I know my ISP operator quite well and pay my account by EFT every month but I don't know what he is supposed to know about me, certainly I have never sent him any proof of residence information and have never been asked for any. Anybody know how vulnerable we all are, customers and operators, and from when?
