Hi All, Without making any comment about how a major Data Centre can die - and stay dead for some time - I can report that the LLU Discussion Document is now available on the ICASA web site:- http://www.icasa.org.za/Home/tabid/38/ctl/ItemDetails/mid/501/ItemID/803/Default.aspx It can also be accessed from the front page under "What's New".
