well, when it comes to icasa.org.za, the dns is set up in a way that
even a momentary routing failure (say for a period longer than the
timeout to try both NS's behind the same AS #) can knock out the clients
for a resolvers default NXDOMAIN caching period. If it's a major
resolver....
