Simeon, Keith, I'm not at liberty to disclose details of peering relationships, but note that the cutting of transit has already taken place in November 2010. What is in place now is good and stable. I realise that these details are normally not disclosed by ISPs for commercial reasons, but it will become public knowledge after 1 November anyway...
