Can one then assume that all their past polls has been manipulated in the
same manner?

How could anybody trust such an organisation with a track record such as
this.

Hmm,

It seems that this poll has now been moved off DMASA's current "Weekly Poll"
to "Past Polls". It now shows: -

"The DMASA has been nominated as preferred supplier to the National Consumer
Commission to manage the official Do Not Contact Database. Do you support
this move by the NCC? 2011-07-19 - 2011-07-12 Yes

87 %
No

13 % "

No indication of the number of votes.
I smell a rat.
It looks like those screenshots have suddenly become important, Dave.

Kind regards,

me. ;)

I notice the stats will be included in Dominic Cull's very comprehensive
submission to the NCC on behalf of ISPA.
The law of diminishing returns is kicking in, but I'm sure we could see "No"
<5% before the end of tomorrow?
