Does Brian Mdluli really think that the commercial crimes unit is going to take him seriously if he asks them to prosecute someone for voting repeatedly on an online poll that is configured so poorly to allow multiple votes from the same IP address? He'd have more chance of persuading them to prosecute spammers for breaching section 45 of the ECT Act, which is to say none whatsoever.
