One of the things I am saying is that in it's basest principles unsolicited
email is in fact theft.

Maybe more effectively one of the real consumer bodies should have
challenged the ECT Act in constitutional court.

1. That will make news

2. It will highlight the moral position of society more clearly so that
Universities will not be training spammers, among other evils.

3. It will make the case for an opt-in registry far easier to make
