I am speaking constitutionally and there is nothing unconstitutional
about paying tax?

See, that is my point :)

It is irrellivant if it is R1 million rands per year or R1billion rands per 
year, theft is theft   :)

In our hearts and in applying our societies values we all know that 
theft is not okay and wrong. We should therefore also not compromise
on spam. Wrong is wrong and no amount of compromise or allowing
little bits (even 1 cent rounding thefts at banks) of theft is in any way
acceptable. We should all feel outraged and remember that when we
teach our values to our children, that a little bit of moral slide quickly
turns to more rot. Anyway, not enough people feel as strongly as I about
this so I doubt if anything will ever really change and tommorrow we will
still have an opt-out registry managed by the swimgeek guy :)
