(being defined as UBE) - then get his feedback if such a direct financial loss, albeit even just a few cents (for a nice large .jpg spam) is theft/fraud It cannot be just nuisance or noisy etc. as there is an actual and quantifyable financial loss, very simialr to earlier banking fraud where rounding causes the 'loss' of fractions of a cent to one client but for 1000 000 a fraction of a cent translates into serious cash. Anyway, I am very confident that spam is at the very least, fraud but I am hoping that it could be direct enough to be theft. Let us know? _______________________________________________ IOZ mailing list [email protected] http://lists.internet.org.za/mailman/listinfo/ioz
