I'm not sure anything in Andre's post relates to cybersquatting, just
like I'm fairly sure nothing in Aragon's mentions criminality.

If you're looking for a South African definition, I'd suggest:
"a cybersquatter is someone who has had 3 strikes in the co.za ADR
process"

And I'm fairly sure that doesn't make one a criminal either ;-)
