Hi http://www.telkom.co.za/general/pricelist/numberranges.html http://www.telkom.co.za/general/pricelist/automaticexchanges_worldcall.html I see pricing, but not number ranges. I'm guessing 087135 is BitCo. They responded to my query with: wait for it... "This number falls into our telephone number range and is currently allocated to a customer somewhere within south Africa." Then they advised me to go put my details in the DMASA list.
