I said: - > You can see the number ranges here: To be more accurate, you can see some of the number ranges. Specifically, you can see some non-geographic number ranges. I presume that these are the ones for operators that Telkom interconnects with. What you don't see includes: - 1 The geographic number ranges for operators that Telkom interconnects with. (For example, 010- numbers have been assigned to a number of operators. To whom has 010 025 1234 been assigned to?), and 2 The number ranges - whether or not geographic - for operators that Telkom doesn't interconnect with. So, while partially useful, this data is also partial. Kind regards, William Stucke ICASA Councillor 011-566-3009 My personal opinons here, as always on this list. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of William Stucke Sent: 06 December 2012 11:30 AM To: IOZ Cc: Pieter Grootes Subject: Re: [IOZ] ZA phone number allocations Joe Botha said: - > I see pricing, but not number ranges. Agreed You can see the number ranges here: http://www.docstoc.com/docs/104817823/TELKOM-SA-LTD-TELKOM-TARIFF-LIST-1-August-2011 Which I find ... irritating. Yet another example of someone who is making money out of making public data available to the public...
