To be more accurate, you can see some of the number ranges. Specifically, you can see some non-geographic number ranges. I presume that these are the ones for operators that Telkom interconnects with. What you don't see includes: -

1	The geographic number ranges for operators that Telkom interconnects with. (For example, 010- numbers have been assigned to a number of operators. To whom has 010 025 1234 been assigned to?), and
2	The number ranges - whether or not geographic - for operators that Telkom doesn't interconnect with.

So, while partially useful, this data is also partial.
