It is people such Alan Solarsh (alan-z0r59Z/[email protected]) that register
co.zadomains, then spam, wait for the domain to be suspended for
non-payment and
then register the next one to repeat the process.

We have a whole list of domains that he is currently using to spam. Don't
even bother with opt-out request since Alan ignores it in any event.

Let's also not forget about ISPA Hall of Shame listings such as Expertmail (
http://ispa.org.za/spam/hall-of-shame/#2634) that also registers a
crap-load of domains in order to spam.

Would be helpful if the registrars start to play ball, adding these
spammers onto a blacklist and refuse domains being registered. Sure they
can use any fake information, but I still think the more difficult we make
it for them, the cleaner (hopefully) our mailboxes will be.

Michael
