IPv6 ready ISPs?

Hi,

I'm seeking an ISP sufficiently IPv6 ready to offer native v6 
connectivity, either to their data centre or last mile to customer 
premises (ideally both), and to be in the position of announcing a 
customer's v6 PI address space locally and internationally.

Please could qualifying ISPs contact me off list?
