It's a tough call for me. What is private property? The networks? What about the consumers' time being private property? Poor service is a waste of time, or worse, exploitative, an unfair trade if you will, even if it's "free". I can empathize with negativity toward government intervention, but it's not always bad. The extreme is having no government whatsoever. That also goes to the extreme of having no private property. I guess it's ultimately about finding the right balance.
