Sourcing RJ-21 cables locally

Hi!

Does anyone know where we can buy RJ-21 cables locally?

We're desperately looking for a cable that has a male RJ-21 (aka
Telco, Amphenol?) on one end. We'll most likely cut off whatever is at
the other end, though these cables are sometimes sold cabled onto a
patch panel, which could be useful.

Cisco also sells these type of cables, e.g.

Does anyone know of suppliers that *stock* these locally, i.e. where
we can buy without waiting 2-3 weeks.
