comment on org.za - was Re: Notice inviting additional public comments: Net.za and Org.za final charters

Hi Vika,

I have some idea of what is involved in getting these kind of documents 
out - so well done.

A small, hopefully not substantive comment, on the org.za charter (I'm 
not yet @ net.za):

"3.1.1.2. A South African registered company, partnership, charity, NGO, 
trade union, political party or religious institution;"

would probably be clearer as

"3.1.1.2. A South African company, partnership, charity, NGO, trade 
union, political party or religious institution;"

and have the same intended meaning (unless it was intended to 
potentially exclude unregistered partnerships, NGO's and religious 
institutions).
