Hi all, Any MTN Business network techs here? We're seeing major packet loss on the MTN Business network. On all the different hosts on different network, when the traffic hits *ipc-recieve-tb-2a.mtnbusiness.net <http://ipc-recieve-tb-2a.mtnbusiness.net>*, most of the packets are lost. This seems to be a major router and sits either with MTN Business or Telkom. We're taken this up with Afrihost (their upstream provider) and Amobia (their upstream too) and this has been going on since last week Wednesday. No feedback and I'm working via techs that work via other techs, with no joy (even from "the home of internet joy" :-] ) We have no direct business with MTN Business and their website doesn't help... webforms only for direct customers. :-( Anyone that seeing this too and more importantly, anyone from MTN Business technical here that can look into this urgently.
