Mweb Inbound mail issues

Anyone experiencing inbound mail issues with Mweb? I have various clients complaining mail bouncing with securemail-mx3.synaq.com #<securemail-mx3.synaq.com #5.0.0 smtp; 550 rejected because recipient verify failed - user not found> #SMTP# It happens intermittently, but across many Mweb domains. It seems to have started on the weekend.
