Andre, I'm sure I'm not the only one here who thinks you've crossed a line
now.

I was happy to just sit back and watch your little rant in amusement, but I
think its time to point out a few facts.

The difference here is that what you've effectively done is slander Aragon
Gouveia.
Whereas the anonymous poster on MyBroadband was merely posting a fact.

Yes, I'm sure this fact is inconvenient for you. But it remains a fact.

Is it annoying that nothing can be done about it?
But if a prospecting employer believes that doing a google search for such
a common name and believing the results without verification is sufficient
to impact their decisions, would you really want to work there anyway?

Lets just hope, for your sake, that Aragon Gouveia doesn't feel like taking
this further, or there might be another inconvenient fact about you
available in some public court records.
