Legally: Paul Furber is of the opinion that I am a cybersquatter. I am of the opinion that I am not a cybersquatter All is fine sofar... - we differ in opinion ============= But Paul Furber goes and calls me a liar in public for his opinion? So, is this normal Libel or criminal libel or what sort of libel is it? or is it not libel at all and it is fine to call people liars in public? Also, remember that this is a journalist and expert technical witness we are talking about and not an average Internet user/person. Am I out of line for asking this? And the backdrop? the colorful "caught out" etc all mixed in? There is obviously an agenda and with Google.com providing such high credibility to mybroadband.co.za as a "news" publication as well as that there are other Andre Coetzee's mixed into the mybroadband.co.za posts, this does relate directly to privacy legislation and individuals having the right to request search engines to remove results and websites to remove whatever society deems the line is between privacy and the public's right to know something? Or are you saying that I am out of line for trying to demonstrate the damage that a journalist can do to a private person? Or out of line for responding rudely/dis-respectfully to Dominic? andre _______________________________________________ IOZ mailing list [email protected] http://lists.internet.org.za/mailman/listinfo/ioz
