Time for another annual roundup from the world of IP addresses. What 
happened in 2015 and what is likely to happen in 2016? This is an update

parts i found interesting, relating to ZA:
* telkom + vodacom have enough IPv6 from now until … well, forever :-)
* seychelles (with a population of 70,000), and no established 
data-centres, or ixps or large known VM environments, got issued 2.1m 
ipv4 addresses
