Can you decode this signal with a cheap consumer DVB-T2 set-top box?

If yes, the the question becomes "where can I find the standards 
definition for DVB-T2 so that I can go about writing an SDR for it". If 
not, then the question is whether in your particular area, the signal is 
really DVB-T2 at all.

In the UK we use a mixture of DVB-T and DVB-T2. Older TVs and set-top 
boxes have only DVB-T, and DVB-T2 is currently only being used for HD 
broadcasts.

As I understand it, DVB-T2 provides around 40% higher bitrate for the 
same amount of spectrum and power, but uses a different modulation 
scheme so the older receivers can't use it. I believe the UK also uses 
different codecs (MPEG-2 for DVB-T, MPEG-4 for DVB-T4)
