Assuming you’re talking about either DVB-T or DVB-T2 http://www.mumudvb.net/ is a good place to start. Single command line will dump an entire transponder onto a network neatly split into separate multicast streams complete with electronic program guide with almost no configuration.

A word of warning about DVB-T2 support - many of the drivers out there for various cards can’t autodetect whether a transponder is DVB-T or DVB-T2 and expect you to explicitly decide as a parameter. Combine this with various scan tools that don’t work properly and you’re in for lots of hair pulling. The solution is low tech - find the frequency by looking it up (use google, or contact the broadcasts or Sentech) and plug the details in.
