I am subscribed to your company emailing list and receive emails from
it, as well as the ioz lists.

before my unpleasantness, there was no reaction. then a week later an
update was posted. Then someone else asked about the update and two
weeks went by.  silence. then someone nudged' and then more
unpleasantness and here we are.

thing is that your company is contracted, as far as I understand, to do
certain things and you are paid, as far as I can tell, quite well.

my anger stems from problems experienced in the co.za space and a lack
of progress, lack of communication and plain rudeness (to ignore me) 

So, my unpleasantness is the only way for me to actually achieve my
goals and agenda - which is simply to be able to tell my client that
dnssec "should" be available on xyz date, barring any further
setbacks, etc etc.
