Well, Andre, in my never very humble opinion, if that's all that you want, then you simply have to ask. If you don't get an immediate reply, wait a decent interval and ask again. Or google. Or ask someone else, like the people who are listed as actually being responsible, instead of this list.

Or try asking Courtney Appleton or Cedrick Lumadi (whose names I found in the above links). Or posting your question to the designated email address, given in the links above. Or asking on the _RIGHT_ forum, which is the zaDNSops list, without cross-posting all over the place. Hence Calvin's suggestion. In fact, the answer to your question about the cause of the delay was posted on that list last month.

How does being rude and offensive and inferring things that were not said help get your question answered?

N.B. I am not associated with DNS (Pty) Ltd in any way, other than knowing most of the people involved and respecting all those that I know.

As to not having enough time to attend briefings (and free lunches), how is that anyone else's fault? And why should they compensate you for that lack by spending their time on you? I am also self-employed. I don't even have a working car. I make an effort to attend a reasonable number of these events. I am better informed as a result. The NCUC event on Friday 23rd June was streamed. I didn’t notice your name as amongst those who joined in remotely.

Not only are they not delivering, but they are not responsive to questions.

Calvin for example, sends me a link to "mailing list volunteers"
whereas and in truth, he receives money and he is not a volunteer.

I have to work for my money. Work hard and earn every cent. Nobody gives me anything.

The idea that the DNS company has, seems to be that they are doing everyone "favours" and;

as they have a firm monopoly on all things ICANN, have great "respectability" nobody is allowed to ask questions, demands answers, require open channels of communications and everyone that dares to say anything, is regarded as a combatant or "enemy"

I am fully competent and able to configure DNSSEC myself. (.com was signed in 2011 - that is 6? years ago.) I am fully able to protect against zone stepping and other dnssec issues and I require no help or support.

I require a very basic deliverable, a signed co.za zone.
