SA Internet Spam Awards

Hi All,

At the end of July 2017 I will be announcing the worst spam IP 
number(s)/ranges - there may actually be very stiff competition as the
top few positions are very very closely tied, so it is a close race for first place!

Some South African ISP's are truly deserving, as they go above and
beyond to educate their clients as well as actually terminate client
accounts (lose business instead of hosting abusers). It is therefore
only fair that I also announce the top reputation and most clean ip
ranges. Currently there are three ISP's that stand out, far above
anyone else, so the race for top spot for the most ethical ISP is also
hotly contested. 

Of course, there will be mountains of evidence provided, in case of any disputes.
