the registrar refused.

the Registrant then approached the ZACR, the ZACR responded in writing
that Registrars have the choice to assist or not. 

The ZACR also then implied that it is a favour for any Registrar to
become involved/assist the registrant.

It is what it is, the ZACR are not the 'good guys' of old. Things
haved/have changed. 

Anyway, I have the full emails & replies, if there is any interest to
read them.
