Spam and Abuse Awards Week

Hi All,

ISP's are being enticed into hosting and enabling abuse to "grow market
share" and/or to "make more money" 

This is to the detriment of societies, countries and Internet users
everywhere.

So, for South African Internet, lets talk about naming names and
display facts 
(as in: reveal the top brands, names and even name individual people)

Suggestions for Questions, Answers and discussions for this week:

In South Africa, which large Internet provider is the spam winner? 
(I will be announcing an actual company name tomorrow)

What is the fastest growing type of email abuse and why is it more
difficult to block or stop it?
(and how are larger providers stopping it effectively and why that is
bad for the South African Internet - also, why you should care)

What and who incubates cyber crime on the South African Internet?
Also, if you were a cyber criminal, which SA network is the best
incubator for your "activities" ?
(who hosts the most Porn, illegal porn and other weird things?)

Does Internet abuse (really) matter to civil society? To Gov? To law
enforcement? To you? 
(It is also my contention that the balances between proactive and
reactive is not balanced)

- How much, or how little do you care? - Even if you do care and you
  are doing something, is it the right thing? (is it effective? does it
  contribute or is it to the detriment of Internet society? - here I
  have a sample/example case of an actual company)

For my part in this, I will be naming names and have pointy fingers,
(where examples are needed) I do not see any other way of doing this.
