This kind of request is pretty much a daily occurrence in SA and generally results in the information being released by the service provider relatively quickly.     What is the correct procedure to go about obtaining the identity of a person who used a Telkom Mobile IP address to commit fraud? There is a police case number already. Is this fairly simple to do, or very complex, or not even possible, or what?
