Position will require relocation to Plainfield, Indiana.

Position will require 2-3 months training in Northern, CA.* If you 
currently reside in the Bay Area, reasonable relocation expenses will be 
provided*

SUMMARY
Responsible for setting up and maintaining all of company's local as 
well as wide area networks, including wireless access and security 
firewalls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other 
duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsible for installing and maintaining globally distributed 
networking equipment, concentrating on building the companys network 
around the continental United States. Implementing, installing and 
maintaining network computing and switching hardware including routers 
and bridges. Developing, augmenting and implementing the deployment 
procedures, documentation and tools. Coordinating and scheduling 
deployments with ISPs and content providers.

Applies current computer science technologies to the design, 
development, evaluation, and integration of computer systems and 
networks to maintain system security. Works with commercial computer 
product vendors in the design and evaluation of state-of-the-art secure 
operating systems, networks, and database products. Provides security 
engineering and integration services to internal customers. Involved in 
a wide range of security issues including architectures, electronic data 
traffic, network access

Design, develop, and enhance next generation of Wireless Access Point 
technology in the capacity of team contributor. Solid working knowledge 
of networking systems and protocols, including 802.3, IP Protocols, 
Router/Switch Protocols, and layer 2/layer 3 CoS functions are a must. 
Knowledge of 802.11b is highly desirable.
