Tongan Internet Outage

Surprised I hadn't seen much news on this, tripped over it whilst looking
into other things.

Related articles indicate that there's two breaks to submarine cables
offshore and they don't know what caused it yet, but it's likely to be at
least a week before repairs are completed.
Limited capacity in the interim (Satellite only, maybe?)
