There's also a great Usenix article about Psychological Safety[1].  At
the core of my healthy-operations-team strategy is the question "How can
I make sure my team is psychologically safe?"

We have also had people in our organization certified in Mental Health
First Aid, which has built an informal network of help. (I'm one of
them; talk to me if you think you need help.)

I'm happy to chat if anyone is curious.
