That is the problem.  GBLX is not located in the same facility as I am
(Telecity Kuiperbergweg).  GLBX is located in SARA.  If I could buy
transit across AMS-IX (AMS-IX does not prohibit transit traffic) I
could avoid an expensive local loop (European local loops are
expensive).

This is an example of how there is a market for transit across an
exchange, especially one that that spans 4 different locations and one
that is as big as AMS-IX is.
