Thanks for joining REPforum.

This is a very interesting study, and I am excited to follow
the progress and results, as well as learn more about how
this process came together. This may be one of the most
rigorous approaches to establishing a regional exchange I've
seen recently.

For the list: have other exchanges put together materials
like this, or participated in an inter-disciplinary study
that examined the need for a regional exchange?
